1. Print-on-Demand Products

All products sold on our store are made to order through our print-on-demand service. This means that each item is uniquely produced for you only after you place your order. As a result, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any of our products.

2. No Returns or Exchanges

Given the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason. This policy applies to all items, including but not limited to:

  • Original artwork
  • T-shirts
  • Sweatshirts
  • Any other apparel or merchandise

3. Defective or Damaged Items

While we do not accept returns, we are committed to ensuring you receive high-quality products. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit. To expedite your request, please provide the following information in your email to support@goodboymotorclub.com:

  • Order number
  • Description of the defect or damage
  • Photographs of the defective or damaged item

4. Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will rectify the mistake by sending you the correct item at no additional cost. Please include the following details in your email to support@goodboymotorclub.com:

  • Order number
  • Description of the incorrect item received
  • Photographs of the incorrect item

5. No Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations for any orders once they have been placed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
